I am a lifetime resident of Central Maine and have worked in the community for over 30 years. During my career I’ve served as a technician
for an Augusta based optometrist, worked for the State of Maine at Fish and Wildlife, and spent some time as a stay-at-home mom during my
children’s pre-school years. I currently work in the guidance office at Erskine Academy in South China, ME.
I have worked closely with my husband Richard Sutter and his brother Rob Sutter managing rental units and flipping homes. My background in
customer service, remodeling homes for resale, and working with tenants provides unique insight into today’s challenging real estate market,
